Kristin Russotti joined the Advancement team in the summer of 2023 following 20 years of work in corporate roles across a variety of retail industries. Most recently, Kristin worked at West Elm where she managed teams, analysis, and strategy across cross-functional groups throughout the enterprise. Her work there culminated in a transition to Poly where she combines her love for people and passion for data in an educational setting to empower the school and its community. Kristin and her husband are natives of Brooklyn where they reside with their two children. When Kristin is not working, she enjoys travel, cooking, yoga, art, and spending time with her family.
